Steps:
  1. Set the device clock.
  2. Install the DER cert in Device Info's Certificate Manager, then reboot.
  3. Set proxy host and port in webOS Archive Proxy or Proxy Set Basic.

⚠ This proxy restores compatibility, but it bypasses normal HTTPS privacy. It is less secure than a public wifi network. Do not use it for anything sensitive.
